Literary editing

We provide editing and constructive criticism/feedback on Fiction work. We specialise in Speculative Fiction (Fantasy/Science Fiction).

Rates:

Short Stories/Novellas (up to 20,000 words) - US$5/1000 words (Maximum US$75)

Due to the amount of time required and in order to maintain high standards, Asmoday Enterprises reserves the right to decline additional work if our work schedule demands it.

We return your electronic manuscript edited and commented with suggestions and observations. In addition, you will receive a personal response and appraisal of your work, and any possible assistance we can offer to help you publish the work. Foremostly, we are here to promote speculative fiction and forge business partnerships with fellow writers.

Requirements:

We only accept ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS to keep everyone's cost down. Your work is protected by international copyright laws. Our preference is for attachments in MS Word format (Word has excellent editing/reviewing features), but any format up to and including .PDF or (less preferred) .TXT is acceptable. In cases where we cannot directly edit your file (eg. .PDF), we will provide a separate electronic document detailing changes and suggestions.

DOUBLE SPACE YOUR MANUSCRIPTS AND USE AT LEAST A 12pt FONT!
Reading electronic documents is not pleasant, and cluttered text makes for unhappy editors.

FINAL NOTE: Asmoday Enterprises is not affiliated with any publishing houses, and no matter how much we may like your work, our endorsement or criticism is no guarantee of success or failure in your writing career. If we had that much influence we wouldn't have to work ever again!

Graphic Design

Web banners, advertisements, splash screens for software products, FLASH Animations - Asmoday Enterprises offers competitive rates for your graphical design needs.

Rates:

banner ads, logos, buttons - US$40/hr or part thereof, minimum of US$40.
eBook covers - Base fee of US$50 + US$30/hr or part thereof.
For other design work, please ask for a quote.

Product:

Our normal design process involves producing several draft images, with a final product developed from the design selected by the client. Images will be provided in the format requested, and can be burned to CD and mailed if they are too large to be downloaded or sent via email.

Requirements:

Your ideas and preferred colour scheme, or simply an indication of the style of the design - we provide assistance with conceptualising ideas. Or just give us a general sketch of the information you want us to have in the design (logos, text, etc) and let our imagination do the rest. The final decision is yours.
